
Datacom offers customers 24 hour service, 7 days per week to respond
to breakdowns and emergency service requests via our telephone
number: (03) 9328 5388. After Hours callers are provided with
a primary and two secondary contacts to ensure access to our rostered
service team. Urgent service requests are responded to within
2 hours. Routine service requests (i.e. non-emergency) are responded
to within 4 hours.
Escalation Process
Our escalation process is set up to ensure that all after hours
service requests are responded to with our 3 tier contact system.
